Years later....

Today is fast day (usually on a Monday) I've made pan full of cassava soup stuff:

2 potatoes worth of cassava chunks
1 tbsn Sunflower oil
1 tsn Cumin seeds
1big tsn coconut cream
2 green chillis
2 handfulls chopped corriander
1 pint water
(about 450 cals I think)

That should tide me over most of the day along with tea and a babybel....

Thought I might see how my consumption is these days :/

so far:

5 cups tea(175)
1 egg and bacon cob thing (1 cheese roll with 3 unsmoked spoilt pig rashers and 1 egg) (450?)
1 rubard muller corner (113)
1 home made cupcake (eek, i don't know, 200?)

so far, at 4 pm: 938cals *oops!*

Weekend was BAAAAAAD, very BAAAAAAD. Especially at Mike's Mum's place Saturday.
I eat when I'm bored, I eat when I'm low and I eat to make it all go away.
So I ate, I cried, I put on my smiley mask, but felt entirely better after a looooooong sleep.

Sunday, was better. Details to be on my journal later.

I was shit yesterday evening and had a chocolate bar and houmous snacking. Damn period munchies! It ain't fair!

Today:

Brekkie:
Bagel with marmite

Lunch:
Prawn sammich
Banana
Chipsticks

Dinner:
Dunno yet. Mitz is cooking so we shall see what fattening thing he comes up with!

Exercise:
Rest day

Packet of Frazzles

Massive slice of cake (damn the girls in my office! I don't even like cake!)

Dinner:
Dunno yet. Possibly sausage and mash?

Exercise:
15-20min run. Wk1 C25k.

I really want to sort out my diet and eat cleanly but I can't seem to give up the junk food. When it's there I will eat it. I seem to be eating less than I normally do in the week (the weekends are still a trainwreck) so that's a plus. My weight still seems to be creeping up though. :(

Tuna mayo cob
Packet of crisps (naughty me)

Dinner:
Probably gonna be mackeral and pasta salad
Gonna try to resist the half bottle of wine in the fridge too. ;)

C25k week one.

 Friday:

Recovering from drunkeness the night before meant this was not a good diet day.

1 mug tea (35)
1 diet coke (5)
1 cheese, beans & sausage pastie (10000000000000?)( probably about 600 at least) :( 
1 egg salad roll (500?) (shit! not good)
1 lamb samosa (400?)
sml bowl bean chilli (350?)
half mint magnum (350?)
Nandos chicken chips & mango juice (450?)

So, a regular binge day then :/

Totalling over 2690cals!!!!!!!!!! 

Thats enough to make me feel a bit sick, but inside I know I have been munching this level of cummy mouthjoy for a good 4-6 months or more. 3 times the amount I need to eat. Sounds just like Mummy and Toto-cat both need their eating habits closely monitoring. Wish I could turn off the thing in my head that sends me happiness on eating. Food is an addiction and I've never beaten an addiction to date.

I was rubbish the whole weekend. I drank loads, ate takeaway and ice cream and didn't do any exercise. RUBBISH.

Yesterday:

Toast x2
mixed salad
2x cookies
monster munch
chips and sausages

Exercise:
20x2 squats
10x2 jumping squats
20x2 lunges
2x max push ups

Rubbish rubbish. I have to stop eating crap food.

Mackeral on toast

Tuna melt
Banana
Mini cheddars

Dinner:
Half a portion of chips

Unfortuntely I also drank vodka and red bull, JD and coke and half a bottle of bag cider.


Exercise:
I taught poi, then went to the park and played with fire.
